Significant IPEDS Changes: What You Need to Know in 30 Minutes
×
When:
Mar 4, 2026 from 02:00 PM to 02:30 PM (ET)
The Trump Administration recently approved the Admissions and Consumer Transparency Supplement (ACTS) survey as a required part of the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) 2025-2026 data collection cycle. This significantly expands the reporting obligations for higher education institutions, requiring many U.S. colleges and universities to submit detailed data for the last seven academic years by March 18, 2026 (some large university systems will have until April 1, 2026).
In just 30 minutes, employment law attorneys Mickey Silberman and Michelle Duncan of Silberman Law PC will provide essential insight into how your institution can comply with these new mandates before the fast-approaching deadlines.
This data being collected will be used to identify potential unlawful practices. Proactive preparation is vital for assessing institutional risk!
