On August 21, 2026, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (“OFCCP”) issued new regulations for the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended (“VEVRAA”) and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. In this webinar, the attorneys from Roffman Horvitz, joined by Mickey Silberman of Silberman Law PC, will provide an overview of contractors’ ongoing obligations under these regulations, which go into effect on September 21, 2026. They also will review the other equal employment opportunity obligations, such as those prescribed by Executive Orders 14173 and 14398, that have gone into effect since January 2025.
