This session spotlights how the National Labor Exchange (NLx) makes it easier for employers to connect with - and get real value from - the public workforce system. Attendees will be introduced (or re-introduced) to the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) and learn how the NLx partnership acts as a national bridge between employers and states. Participants will also get a preview of the newly redesigned NLx Community of Practice - an innovative, community-focused space designed to strengthen connections, invite shared learning, and deepen collaboration across the public workforce system.
