The National ILG is an annual gathering of both OFCCP and Federal Contractors alike to provide expert presentations and to network on all things Affirmative Action and EEO. For 2023, the conference will be hosted in Phoenix AZ from August 1 – 4. We expect OFCCP to make several changes to audit submission requirements requiring additional efforts by federal contractors to be audit ready.
