Report of Successful DE&I Programs That Are Lawful And Won't Get You Into Trouble

When:  Oct 20, 2022 from 02:00 PM to 03:00 PM (ET)
In this 60-minute Masterclass Roundtable, our panelists will discuss how to build one or more lawful DE&I initiatives you can build into a comprehensive DE&I program for your company or client. This will be a practical workshop putting forward specific programs which are working in the workplace today, from building availability where pipeline does not exist, building better pipelines; addressing needed corporate culture changes, diverse slate Do’s and Don’ts, and understanding the five reasons companies have fewer minorities and women than they reasonably expect to employ and what the cure is for each of those five drivers.

For corporate benchmarking, Mikey Meagher, DE’s Manager of DE&I Strategies, will also report on survey results pertaining to DE&I programs DE Member companies are operating in the field today. And for those of you who have not heard diversity strategist Torin Ellis speak, please be sure to bring your seatbelts and helmets and strap in since Torin is going to TEAR IT UP, because that is just what Torin does!
