This one-of-a-kind conference brings together industry leaders in the development of AI and machine learning for talent acquisition and corporate leaders who are implementing that technology successfully in their organizations:

The Joint TAtech – Direct Employers AI 101 Program – Presented during the afternoon of August 25th, this half day event provides a “tech-speak-free” introduction to the technology and its application in recruiting. The program is specifically designed to assist HR and TA professionals in evaluating the potential uses of the technology in their organizations, the questions that should be addressed prior to implementing it, and the alternative AI solutions that are available to them.

The TAtech Leadership Summit on AI – Presented all-day on August 25th, this program features some of the smartest developers and users of AI and machine learning in talent acquisition as well as futurists, business school professors and business authors sharing their insights and research on how these technologies are impacting the world of work in general and the acquisition of talent in particular. Designed for senior industry and corporate execs, the Summit provides a forum for the strategic exploration of the latest developments and trends, best practices and lessons learned, opportunities and challenges in the application of AI in recruiting.

Q&A and Discussion – Held in an academic setting with seating in rounds, the conference has a collegial feel that encourages open and candid interaction and information sharing among the industry and corporate execs in attendance.  Their experience level with the technology ranges from just getting started to expert, so the Summit is committed to providing a judgment-free zone for serious, senior-level learning.

Networking – Now in its third year, the Summit is also recognized for the community it builds among its participants.  This relationship enables all attendees to better leverage the growing capabilities of the technology and to capitalize on the lessons learned from its application in the talent market.
