What to Expect from The Federal Employment Law Enforcement Agencies in the New Year

In this one-hour webinar, compliance experts John Fox and Candee Chambers will first discuss the surge of regulations expected to come through federal Executive Branch agencies given President Biden’s now substantially increased difficulty to drive his policy agenda through Congress. They will then discuss, agency by agency, what they expect for the remainder of this Fiscal Year 2023 and when from the OFCCP, the EEOC and the NLRB. Each agency is like a snowflake, each with similar challenges and objectives, but each quite different.

They will also leave 15 minutes for interactive questions and answers with attendees. Candee and John intend this to be a candid conversation between them with attendees “listening in the room” and we hope sharing many practical “teaching points.”
