One year after the COVID-19 pandemic forced businesses to adopt a new normal, we reflect on the many adjustments made at work to keep everyone, including individuals with disabilities, working. The pandemic situation required employers to abandon a conventional perspective on where, when, and how work is performed and to adopt flexible policies and practices to meet business objectives. This session will offer ADA and job accommodation lessons learned along with practical strategies for engaging in the interactive accommodation process to address evolving workforce needs.
