Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is pleased to host the webinar, “Leading Effective Self-Identification Campaigns.” This webinar will demonstrate how implementing an effective campaign translates into better outcomes and benefits for the organization and its employees. Learn the difference between optional and required self-identification collection and reporting, tips for encouraging employee participation, and how to use the information gathered to anticipate possible reasonable accommodation needs. The presenters are Business Relations Specialist, Brian Crowe, and Career Development Specialist, Brynne Olsen. They will be joined by guest speaker, Patrice L. Harris, Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for CareSource.
