WVIF's Founder, Ginger Miller, created the National Women Veteran's Leadership and Diversity Conference to give Women Veterans a one-stop source for empowerment, professional growth, community connections, and education. To date, the NWVLDC is the only event of its kind, serving Women Veterans' unique needs.
Since its inception over a decade ago, the NWVLDC has been held annually on Veterans Day weekend. It has served as an inspiring touchpoint for Women Veterans who search for a sense of belonging post-military. The NWVLDC is specifically designed for YOU, to serve each layer of your post-military journey.
