The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD) in Indianapolis, Indiana along with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (OSHA) will be presenting on their continuing efforts during COVID19 to Employees, business owners and other stakeholders.

1:00-1:20pm- The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD) protects the workplace rights of essential workers who are keeping our country moving forward during the COVID-19 pandemic.

1:20-1:40pm- Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) will provide information to ensure safe and healthful working conditions for working men and women by setting and enforcing standards and by providing training, outreach, education and assistance.

1:40-2:00pm-The U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will provide information about tax credits under the Employee Retention Credit, and Paid Sick Leave and Paid Child Care Leave. These programs offer a credit on employment taxes to business owners who participate.

2:00-2:20pm-The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will provide guidance on several relief options to help businesses, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations recover from the impacts of COVID-19.

2:20-2:40pm-The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (OSHA) will provide an overview of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the relation to COVID 19, and information on where to find EEOC coronavirus resources.
