To job seekers, your career site is your virtual HR office, and it says a lot about who you are as an employer. While branding is key to attracting job seekers and can be illustrated through compelling text, bold imagery, and engaging videos, making sure these features are accessible to individuals with disabilities is also a prime component in portraying yourself as an inclusive employer. With that said, this session will highlight several requirements for making your career site compliant under OFCCP regulations.
