In this 90-minute webinar, our collection of recruiters, HR representatives and lawyers will discuss how to undertake lawful race and sex-based preferences in employment in the U.S. After we discuss the legal framework within which recruiters and selection managers currently operate in the private and public employment sectors, we will discuss practical ways recruiters and HR managers may and MUST proceed if they wish to undertake preferences in employment in pursuit of their Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
