Join Candee Chambers and John C. Fox for a 90-minute discussion on the transition of both the federal labor agencies and policies under the coming Biden Administration. John will also discuss what to expect specifically at OFCCP once President-elect Joe Biden actually takes office.

Candee and John will also include in their presentation a list of ALL OFCCP initiatives which have occurred in Fiscal Year 2020 and during the first two months of FY 2021, with links to the underlying government documents (an indexed library of over 10,000 pages of information).

Drawing on her HR and compliance experience, Candee will stand for questions from the audience on any particular initiative of interest to combine her perspective with John’s legal analyses.
