If we’ve said it once, we’ve said it 1,000 times–your affirmative action plans (AAPs) are living document and roadmap to help drive your company’s effective outreach and recruitment efforts, ultimately creating a culture of diversity and inclusion (D&I) within your workforce. AAPs are an ongoing process, much like D&I, but once complete, how do you interpret the data and make the necessary improvements to connect your AAP to your D&I efforts? Kick things off right in 2021 by joining Executive Director Candee Chambers, and employment law expert John C. Fox of Fox, Wang & Morgan P.C. to explore the five major reasons you set Placement Goals for Minorities and Women, and then how to immediately convert those observations into effective D&I efforts. During this 1-hour webinar, John and Candee will share how you may convert the Disparity Analyses in your AAP for Women and Minorities into the “manifest imbalance” or “strong basis in evidence” proof you need to justify and warrant immediate self-help to correct staffing imbalances. With practical guidance every step of the way, you will gain real tools to use that day to put you on a path certain to improve your company’s D&I.
