The pandemic continues to wane on, but the NILG 2021 National Conference didn’t skip a beat and prepared for optimal, immersive experiences for both in-person and live broadcast attendees. 2021 also marks the change of administrations, and we had a front-row seat to learn! Join the OFCCP Week in Review crew – comprised of Candee Chambers and Jennifer Polcer from DirectEmployers, as well as employment law expert John C. Fox of Fox, Wang, and Morgan – as they recap the must-know information that truly struck a chord and melodic tune during the event, and insights they had along the way. As always, you can expect an unbiased view from this team as they share unique takeaways they gleaned, as well as an overall summary of their experience at the NILG’s first in-person event since 2019. Attendees of this webinar can expect specific attention focused on:

  • The keynote addresses of new agency leaders, OFCCP Director Jenny Yang and EEOC Chair Charlotte Burrows
  • Insights and key takeaways from the OFCCP regional directors panel featuring Aida Collins, Michele Hodge, Robert LaJeunesse, Diana Sen, and Melissa Speer
  • Action items that contractors need to place on their agendas NOW from none other than John Fox himself
  • Impactful sessions that will work to drive diversity, equity & inclusion forward
  • How you can utilize this information and create forward progress into 2022
