Companies have been committed to diversity inclusion for decades. Yet, people with disabilities are still lagging behind - 90% of companies investigate gender differences, 75% race and ethnicity, but only 4% investigate the experiences of employees with disabilities. In this one-hour session, Global Disability Inclusion CEO Meg O'Connell and Mercer Senior Principle Dr. Peter Rutigliano will discuss the stark differences in employee engagement between those with disabilities and those without disabilities. They will also discuss trends and what companies can do to rectify this.
