Recently, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported 8.1 million open jobs in the U.S., the highest amount since the bureau began tracking the data. Diving even deeper into the statistics, it’s estimated that the total number of “technology-oriented” jobs will increase from 41 million in 2020 to 190 million in 2025. Join this one-hour session to discover how behavioral science can support recruiters aiming to successfully identify and recruit strong candidates for hard-to-fill roles, such as those in fields of technology. The presenters will discuss how innovative talent leaders have leveraged new processes to fill volume hire openings in IT support and customer care, and even experienced roles such as software engineering, software developer, and more, and provide tactics that can be applied to reduce time-to-hire and support DE&I goals with fast and fair recruiting approaches for hard to fill roles.
