In this 60-minute Legal Roundtable Masterclass, we will discuss the purpose of Disposition Codes to defend OFCCP Failure-to-Hire audits and lawsuits, the three main types of Disposition Codes which exist, those Codes the courts find not sufficiently detailed to prove up a “legitimate non-discriminatory reason(s)” to not advance the candidate to the next step in the contractor’s selection process, specific codes contractors like and use as a practical matter, and in what circumstances, and finally, common errors contractors make when implementing their Disposition Code system.
