Christa Martin, MRC, CRC is the Disability & Community Outreach Specialist at DirectEmployers Association. In this role, she works within the Strategic Partnerships & Alliances team to build relationships with disability organizations that can support DirectEmployers Members looking to hire within the disability community and conduct outreach for OFCCP compliance purposes. She also works closely with DE Members to educate them on how they can work with Voc Rehab (VR) agencies to promote diversity and inclusion within their organizations and connect with VR services for better recruitment and retention of individuals with disabilities.
