In this one-hour webinar, compliance expert John Fox will first discuss the surge of regulations expected to come through federal Executive Branch agencies given President Biden’s now substantially increased difficulty to drive his policy agenda through Congress. He will then discuss, agency by agency, what to expect for the remainder of this Fiscal Year 2023 and when from the OFCCP, the EEOC and the NLRB. Each agency is like a snowflake, each with similar challenges and objectives, but each quite different.
