We all know that DEIA is important to the workplace, but we often don’t know where to start when it comes to implementing our DEIA initiatives. Let your Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) help! Like many Vocational Rehabilitation programs around the country, Colorado DVR’s Business Relations Unit provides support and resources to businesses who are looking to increase diversity in their employment practices. In an ever-changing labor market, employers need to have the right tools in hand to attract, recruit, hire, retain, and advance the skilled talent of individuals with disabilities in their workplaces. In this session, hear from representatives of the Colorado Business Relations Unit on ways in which partnering with your State’s DVR program can help you reach your DEIA goals, the many resources available, and the innovative ways in which you can create a more accessible workplace.
