For individuals with disabilities, navigating the internet as a job seeker often leads to unforeseen obstacles, such as improper video captioning and color contrast, ultimately leading to a poor candidate experience. One way to ensure you are making your company desirable to shrinking talent pools & diverse populations is to craft an online career site experience that is inclusive to all – including individuals with disabilities. 

July is Disability Pride Month and also marks the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) legislation that broke down barriers to inclusion in society.
