With more than eight million veterans in the civilian labor force, and an average unemployment rate of 2.8%, it’s no surprise that veteran hiring efforts remain a priority for both the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and employers. While tried and true tactics like career fairs and tailored content are still effective, new tactics have emerged for attracting and engaging this diverse group of talent to help set you apart from the competition.
