As more job seekers with disabilities use service or emotional support animals (ESAs), VR professionals must be ready to guide both individuals and employers through accommodations. 

This interactive training will explain the differences between service animals and ESAs, relevant ADA laws, and how these animals support employment. Attendees will learn to facilitate empowering, person-centered conversations, address employer concerns, and overcome inclusion barriers—leaving with practical tools to support clients navigating the workplace with service or support animals.
