Join us for a discussion to shed light on the American Indian Vocational Rehabilitation Services (AIVRS) projects around the country that serve Native American and Alaska Natives with disabilities across 26 states and almost 200 different tribes (even serving across the Canadian border for some programs) that helps those Indigenous job seekers reach their vocational goals!
Today's presenter will share information and resources, as well as best practices for effective outreach and working with tribal nations to recruit, retain, and advance Native Americans within their workforce in a culturally relevant manner. Attendees operating on or near federal reservations and tribal lands should especially plan to join to learn more about the next value and culture-add to your organization and hiring preference!
