The Winter Policy Forum is a gathering for NASWA state workforce members to discuss current and developing trends in the workforce system and how they will be affected by changes occurring in the national landscape. The meeting focuses on collaborating with representatives from the Administration, Congress, U.S. Dept. of Labor, Intergovernmental (IGO) partner organizations, WIOA partners, and other D.C. policymaking groups.
The 2026 Winter Policy Forum will be held February 25, 2026, at the Gaylord National Hotel located at 201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, MD 20745. The Board of Directors meeting will be held on February 24th and national policy committee meetings will be held on February 26 - 27.
