Many employers find value in conducting pay equity analyses. Employer motivations for doing them include ensuring fairness and consistency, bolstering employee morale and retention, mitigating exposure to litigation under federal and state equal pay laws, and meeting the expectations of the organization’s shareholders, board, or customers.
In this webinar, the attorneys from Roffman Horvitz will discuss (a) current federal and state laws related to pay equity, (b) different methodologies for conducting a pay equity analysis, and (c) aligning the analysis with the employer’s purpose and goals for conducting the analysis.
