Why Proper Use of Applicant Disposition & Status Codes is Critical in OFCCP Audits

When:  Dec 10, 2015 from 02:00 PM to 03:00 PM (ET)
*This session has been submitted for HRCI and SHRM credits and is currently pending approval

Many companies fail to update and revise disposition and status codes on a regular basis and even fewer companies understand how to monitor and analyze the use of these codes by recruiters and hiring managers. Additionally, many companies are not prepared to defend rankings in applicant tracking systems or conduct component analyses, which are increasingly arising in OFCCP audits. This one-hour webinar will discuss the importance of proper use of these codes so that your company is prepared to defend its decision-making and rebut inferences of discrimination in the event of an OFCCP audit.

This session will also provide practical guidance on reviewing and monitoring disposition and status codes so that your company will be able to defend its hiring decisions and fully comply with the Internet Applicant Definition. The Codes are Key to Success!
