Single Sign-on

DE Connect is joining single sign-on!

This is a reminder that we have added DE Connect to our single sign-on (SSO) system! DE Connect will join within the SSO platform that will eventually encompass a number of DirectEmployers web applications and offer you one, seamless login experience.

Below, you will find instructions on how to use single sign-on for DE Connect based on whether or not you previously activated it for

If You Are a User:

If you previously activated single sign-on for, no action is needed. Simply sign in with your previously determined credentials when prompted, on or after Wednesday, September 30th.

If You Are Not a User:

On Wednesday, September 30th, you will receive an email, much like the one below, asking you to activate an account through the Okta system. Simply click the “Activate Account” button and follow the prompts to set your new password­ for DE Connect.
