During this webinar, we will explore a comprehensive approach to designing apprenticeship programs that are both inclusive and supportive, ensuring all apprentices can engage fully with their training and reach successful completion. Our discussion will focus on practical tactics for fostering an environment where apprentices thrive, including:
• Individualized Support Plans
• Financial Barrier Removal
• Partnerships and Referral Networks
• Utilizing Public Workforce Funding
• Navigation and Mentorship and Building Social Capital
Additionally, the session will highlight the importance of partnerships with community-based organizations, service agencies, workforce, and education partners. These collaborations are vital in identifying and mobilizing resources to support apprentices effectively. Participants will also learn how to strategically work with partners to determine the most suitable provider for various resources, ensuring apprentices have access to the navigators and mentors they need.
This webinar is an essential session for employers and RA sponsors looking to create or enhance an apprenticeship program that not only attracts but retains and successfully graduates skilled and motivated apprentices. Whether you're in the early stages of designing your program or looking to improve existing services, this session will equip you with the knowledge and strategies to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your apprentices.
