During this webinar, you will learn the definition of neurodiversity as well as conditions, such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, which fall under this umbrella. Employers will learn ways that they can build inclusive practices for individuals with disabilities in the areas of recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, developing, and retaining talent. Attendees will also learn common characteristics among the neurodivergent population that would be an asset to any employer.
